What to Expect?
Our toddler program focuses on increasing both receptive and expressive language through storytelling, object recognition, music and movement, and daily activities. We will be using sign language as well as English and Spanish, and we encourage parents to reinforce their child’s learning by working on these signs at home. Please ask us if you have any questions about the specific signs we are using. We will also be working daily on self-help skills like feeding, toileting, putting on shoes, etc. Daily Communication about your child’s day will be sent through sent through Brightwheel. We strive to maintain open communication with parents and welcome your comments and questions.We look forward to getting to know you and your child!
Learning and Growing
The Creative Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers & Twos is a comprehensive, research- based curriculum that helps teachers and caregivers understand developmentally appropriate practice and how to offer nurturing daily routines and meaningful experiences that meet children’s strengths, interests, and needs.
